Disappointing Service

I contacted Amy since our company needs to rezone our commercial property quickly. I called her and in our first conversation she was very calming and offered to help us and knew the time frame we were on which was very tight. After being flaked on for 5 days, not returning calls or emails, we finall...y got a call from her assistant with a retainer that was 2 times the amount of other lawyers we had talked to because they needed to do research on how to handle our case, not the same reassurance the knowledge they claimed to have. Needless to say after wasting a week thinking this firm was going to help us we went with someone else.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
