JOB WELL DONE

Mr. McSurley is an exceptional young lawyer not afraid to tell you like it is. He's honest with you and won't intentionally lead you to believe that you can win something you won't. He fees were fair, and the representation was executed in less than two months. It took three previous attorneys, who a...re senior (yeah right) attorneys, more than two years and just took our money. They did absolutely nothing for our child custody case but rack up huge bills to match their inflated egos. Mr. McSurley was diligent, listened to what we had to say, did not make promises he couldn't keep, and got the job done. He made sure that our son was well cared for in the final settlement and every thing was fair for both parents involved as well. We highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to represent you fairly, honestly, and as quickly as possible.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
