Warren William Mark

A co-worker recommended Attny. Warren to me. At first he seemed like very good attorney however as months passed by and I kept receiving letters from workman's comp letting me know that they were going to cancel it. Animals locations I contacted attorney Warren and he never returned my call. I would... also leave several messages with his secretary and he was always on a conference call at the end I got a letter from my employer let me know that because I didn't submit anything in writing for my workman's comp and my medical leave of absence that I was going to lose my job. It took a year for me to go into his office and finally able to talk to him and when I asked him about my case, later on I found out that he never did anything for my case. He shouldn't be practicing law.

Had a injury on job,took him months to go to court,weeks to get workers compensation benefits,felt like he was on their side,due to injury,and couldn't work and my bills were pilling,almost lost my apartment and almost homeless,all he could say is "I'mTrying" my best",and if you don't think I'm doin...g a good then maybe you should fine another lawyer.at the time he was almost at the end of my case,and I didn't think I could find.one in the middle of what he was doing,so I cont&he finally got my compensation started ,he also doesn't make your case or you important,just another case in his pocket.

Mr. Mark is an inept attorney. When he returned my calls he never had any new information on my case. He is lazy and has a bad attitude. He held on to my case for a year, eleven months and and twenty-nine days. When I finally obtained my file from him he had only sent one letter to the insurance comp...any and he still has not sent a release of lien letter so that the new attorney can settle my case. If you have already obtained him make sure that you ask to see your file frequently so that you can see if he is actually working on your case. Visit your own doctor don't visit the one that he recommends.
