Steven Adam Markoff

This firm has to have the WORST staff providing the WORST customer service possible. I reached out to Markoff law to take care of a debt. I made a payment and needed to delay my final payment. I called and when I spoke to Maurice he advised he would not help and began giving me an attitude and tre...ating me very disrespectful. He said we spoke "several" times about this issue and when I advised him we only spoke once he got pissed off! He did not like that I corrected him and the attitude got even worse. He made claims that were false, he would not let me get a single word in, he was rude and difficult to speak to. I reached out to you Maurice, obviously I wanted to take care of this since I always pay my debts. I reached out to the attorney and left a message, he never called me back. I will be filing a complaint with the ARDC. To all the ones that were treated poorly by Markoff and it's team I highly recommend filing an ARDC claim.
