Thank you Malman Law!

Malman Law took on our case after I was rear ended and it was handled by Dan Petrich. It's currently still pending but Dan has made sure to consistently keep me updated on where my case stands throughout the whole time. Whenever I call the office everyone is pretty up beat and they never hesitate to ...transfer me to the correct person. I would highly recommend anyone who has ever been in a car accident to call Malman Law for help because there is truly no office like this. Thank you Malman Law and Dan Petrich!

Very good and fast

The Malman Law team is exceptional. Knows personal injury law, very responsive to my personal workers comp case, recovered money I thought I would never see. And it all happened twice as fast as I thought it would. Thank you, Malman Law.

Worst experience ever!

I had spoken with this firm In April of 2013 and the first attorney I spoke to seemed very helpful and interested in helping me with my workers compensation case. I would even go so far as to say she was eager to take my case and eased my fears and concerns. That was the end of that. After that day I... was turned over to a different person and the communication all but stopped. I would have to call on a regular basis to try to get updates since I never received a return call and I would leave voice mail after voice mail with no response. When I did speak to one of the people handling my case (Lucy) her customer service was less than welcoming and made me feel like I was putting her out and that she didn't have time for me because I was not important enough. After a couple weeks and getting passed of to another person, I was told that they would not take my case and that no one had really done anything at all in regards to working in my case. All this law firm did was pass my file around for awhile, raise my hopes and then pull the rug out from under me, all the while providing me with the worst possible experience ever. To add insult to injury, when I spoke to the manager for the lawyers and relayed to him what I had been told, his response was that I received some bad advice. Funny, it was their lawyer from their law firm that gave me that advice. In my opinion I would recommend that everyone steer clear of Malman law firm and do what I did, find an attorney who actually will take care of you and help you. I believe that Malman law firm is a prime example of why lawyers have a bad reputation.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
