I've worked with Sara for the past 3 years when she represented me in the lengthy and sometimes frustrating process of adjusting my status in US (I-485). Sara proved to be a very knowledgeable and resourceful attorney, patiently offering competent answers to all my legal questions. I was particularly... impressed by her promptitude and her excellent turnaround time (not only once she replied to my emails at 4:00 am and it never took her more than a couple of hours to answer my questions). I was also very impressed with how precise she is. Sara would calendar everything and would make sure that the day the USCIS listed "processing time" would expire, she would submit an inquiry or use her alternative resources for the next appropriate action. Sara also proved to be an excellent coach for the interview that I had with the USCIS officer. She also represented me during this interview, taking notes the whole time and scrutinizing the legitimacy of the officer's questions. After the interview, she made sure to HAND DELIVER all the inquiries and additional paperwork to the USCIS office, attaching very compelling cover letters. Another thing that I truly appreciated about Sara is the fact that she never pushed me to take additional legal actions (which would have come at a steep price) without exhausting all the existing options (e.g. filing a mandamus case in a federal court before allowing an appropriate response time from USCIS). Bottom line: Sara is a top-notch attorney and, if your case ever stands a chance, she is the best legal counsel you can get.

My husband and I came to Sara after getting married so that we could get him permanent resident status following our marriage. She was an absolute joy to work with.
