We've worked with Ronak twice now - once on the buying side and once on the selling side. When we sold, we'd already moved to another city and worked fully remotely w/ Ronak and the selling team. I'm naturally nervous and like to understand every detail of any transaction. Ronak was patient and de...tailed. He understood where I was coming from and took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through wherever necessary. Selling remotely required jumping through a couple extra hoops (notary, mailing keys, etc). Ronak was present and available the whole time and was a reassuring presence in the sale.
