Robert Scott Michaels

Rob Michaels is an experienced commercial litigator at one of Chicago's leading litigation boutiques, representing individual, corporate and governmental clients in mediation, arbitration, trials and appeals.  Creative yet rigorous, thorough yet efficient, and always responsive and practical, Rob has successfully handled numerous complex, challenging matters, delivering results and value to his clients.  In addition to defending clients, Rob has extensive experience representing them as plaintiffs, investigating and prosecuting claims on behalf of companies that have been wronged by their employees, vendors, customers or others, and on behalf of receivers and trustees of insolvent companies and financial institutions.  Rob also has a history of community involvement, spending more than five years as a litigator and project director at a prominent non-profit and presently volunteering at a direct-service legal aid organization.
