My practice spans the range of non-patent intellectual property, advertising and e-commerce law.  If you are a small business or entrepreneur, I can help you with brand protection, e-commerce agreements, privacy policies, non-disclosure agreements, non-compete agreements, advertising compliance and clearance, and, of course, all manner of disputes from defending against claims to protecting your intellectual property assets in federal and state courts throughout the country.  I don't charge for initial consultations.
