The lawyer of this firm that I spoke to was curt, abusive, condescending, and downright contemptuous in both the tone of his voice and the substance of his advice. What bankruptcy lawyer SCARES you to death rather than lays out a plan that gives you sound advice and holds out the possibility of havi...ng a second chance in business and in life? This one does. I am a sole proprietor who am going through a rough patch, but believe I can save the business and keep it running by going through a painful but necessary bankruptcy. Clearly, NOT through this law firm. Terrible. Avoid at all cost.

I had met with another attorney at a different law office before meeting with Michelle. He was so pushy and made me feel like I was wasting his time.
