Joseph Louis Kish

I am a Shareholder at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney. I have extensive trial and appellate experience in federal and state courts, class actions, and alternative dispute resolution experience involving mediation and arbitration.  I am licensed to practice in Illinois and California, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Ninth Circuits, the United States District Court for the Northern District Court of Illinois, including its Trial Bar, the Central District of Illinois, the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California, The Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Eastern District of Michigan, the Southern District of Texas, and the District of Colorado.

My areas of expertise include complex commercial and financial litigation, class actions, restrictive covenant litigation, intellectual property litigation, including trademark, copyright, and trade secrets, employment law, and products liability law. I also have extensive professional liability experience in the areas of officers and directors, accountants, and attorneys.
