Garrett Winston Browne

I called for a simple consultation and from the jump Mr. Browne was clearly agitated (literally before I said my third word). I explain my situation, during which, he sighed multiple times as if to say, "my Goodness, this guy is clueless". When he deigned to respond, he was smug, arrogant, rude, sn...ippy, and obnoxious. At one point he literally yelled, "JUST STICK TO THE FACTS". Wow!! Okay, if I don't have a case, that is just fine. Simply say so. I am not an attorney and thought I had a legitimate claim. I did not call him because I was bored and had nothing else to do. I called as a potential client, and this is how I was treated. No sympathy, no empathy, just denigration. There was absolutely no need for the snark, condescension, and belittlement. There are too many lawyers out there. You can pick a better one who is not pompous.
