Since entering practice in 2005, Mr. Fisher has focused his career solely on the representation of persons injured by the negligent or wrongful conduct of another. Mr. Fisher is a tireless advocate for his clients and has achieved numerous awards and settlements of a million dollars or greater, including working on trial teams for results well into seven figures and gross awards in excess of $15,000,.
Mr. Fisher practices in all areas of complex tort litigation, including Medical Malpractice, trucking/commercial carrier litigation, automobile collisions, premises liability, firearms negligence, product liability, Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), fire and industrial litigation. Mr. Fisher is experienced representing individuals and families of those suffering catastrophic injuries such as traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, burn injuries, amputations and death.
Mr. Fisher brings with him a unique understanding of the issues that face families of those with severe disabilities. Having been raised in a household with a sibling that was severely brain-damaged from birth and dependent on others for every aspect of daily life has given him personal background for the difficulty faced by the families of those injured. He has a personal understanding of the difficulties, financial, interpersonal and other, that families face in caring for those they love. Mr. Fisher’s personal experiences give him both an added compassion and motivation for achieving exceptional results for those injured.
Before co-founding Fisher & LaMonica, P.C., Mr. Fisher practiced law for 6 years with another of Chicago’s premier complex tort litigation firms representing only the rights Plaintiffs and those injured by the conduct of another. Prior to law school, Mr. Fisher worked in the entertainment industry for with one of the largest live entertainment promoters in the country and on numerous comedy shows for HBO. He can still be seen on camera as an “extra” in a few of his shows.
Outside of the office, Erron dedicates his time to his wife Mollie, young daughter, Dora, and side kick “Brody” the dog, a rescue. When he is not playing in the park with his family, Mr. Fisher donates his time and legal skills to local animal charities, notable causes and community activities. Mr. Fisher frequents Chicago jazz and blues clubs and has a background not only as a music lover but also a classical and jazz trained musician (trumpet, piano, and guitar), winning numerous live performance awards. He was one of the youngest people in Illinois to train as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B), obtaining state approval before age 18.
