Your mom can fill I-864A probably. If you have a hard time with this, it is probably a good idea to have your paper work checked with an attorney...

I agree with my colleague. You shouldn't have a problem getting married, and you should hire an immigration lawyer to help her become legal in the US.

You shouldn't do this without an attorney. Removal of conditions based on abuse are complex applications.
