You should file a police report and an I-90. It takes about the same amount of time as an original I-90.

Are you legally married? If so, you may be able to apply as a victim of abuse. You need proof of his citizenship and proof of legal marriage.

In both cases the i-751 will be denied. You need to talk to an attorney ASAP.
