David R. Centracchio

David Centracchio is a passionate trial lawyer with extensive trial experience. He understands that as a trial lawyer he provides a service to those he is privileged to represent. He prides his practice on developing a relationship with his clients that will hopefully last long beyond handling their case. Through hard work and being upfront with his clients he has established a level of trust which has become the backbone of his practice. It is his goal that each client be treated with the same attention as he would expect to be treated with.

The vast majority of David’s professional time is spent representing catastrophically injured clients. He has successfully obtained multiple multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in cases involving semi-truck accidents, medical malpractice, car collisions, premises liability accidents and construction injuries. While he has extensive jury trial experience in personal injury, he has also successfully tried many other types of cases to verdict including commercial disputes, consumer fraud and deceptive practice cases, and criminal cases. David also has handled numerous appeals before the Illinois Appellate Court, Illinois Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

David was sworn in to practice law in November 1991 and has been zealously representing his clients since that time. In addition to the Illinois Bar, he practices before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.
