Celeste Ntuen

Celeste serviced me not too long ago for Child Support as I don't feel that she put forth and effort into what she was hired to do with multiple complaints. Just to mention one of the worse issues I had, Celeste wrongfully added information to an updated Order of Support, without allowing me to go ov...er it first before she handed it to us leaving out the courthouse. She copied information from the previous Order that had only applied due to a specific work schedule that had changed. I tried for a while explaining to her via email and phone along with proof that what she added was incorrect, but no response for a while from her until close to the last court meeting. It took me over a year after hiring another attorney to get everything resolved that she did not finish! Celeste resigned from my case without completing her job and still sent me an invoice with a substantial amount of money which left me also having to pay additional attorney fees due to her negligence. She caused me mental stress with her conduct, which I very well felt needed to be investigated. I would never hire her again nor refer her to anyone!

Celeste filed a divorce for me, and in the process opened up two cases. While trying to resolve this issue and get the case she opened deleted or consolidate into the completed on. She stopped responding and never helped to clear up her error. I spent hours at the courthouse trying to correct her mis...take. She is unresponsive, unprofessional, and rude. Do yourself a favor and go to someone who knows how to file a divorce one time- not twice for the same case!

I hired attorney Celeste in order to obtain custody of my nieces. This attorney misinformed me on the process, she sent me to the wrong county to file paperwork, gave me the run around when it came to communications and she charged me a large portion of a flat fee and didn't perform any of the agreed... services. This all started in 10/2022 and to date she's filed nothing on my behalf.
