Amazing Lawyer

My husband and I hired Brian to handle our marriage based residency case. My husband wouldn't be approved for green card without Brian's professional help. He is professional, and extremely knowledgeable with the immigration process. Brian is also very responsive, which is important in dealing with ...these matters. His positive energy made us thinks positively for our adjustment of status and we got the residency card. His fees are also reasonable. I highly recommend him for your immigration help. Great job Brian

A compassionate, responsive, focus driven and creative attorney.

I highly recommend attorney Brian Sather! When I found myself in removal proceedings in 2012, I sought legal counsel at the firm, Immigration Attorneys, LLP. I felt confident that I would receive competent legal help and guidance at this firm. Over the course of my complex legal matter, I was repre...sented by Brian Sather, an attorney at this firm. As my attorney, Brian was able to construct a path that led to a big WIN! At the time Brian began handling my case, I was a foreign national without any “significant ties” living in the United States; divorced from an American citizen and in the removal process. I felt hopeless because I could not see a clear way to resolve my issue. My situation was complex! Using his good judgment throughout this ordeal that lasted years, Brian, while maintaining a clear and honest perspective, presented me with options and a structure within which we would pursue and achieve the best outcome. With his legal expertise, preparation, and perseverance, the conditions on my permanent residence status were finally removed and I was granted legal permanent resident status at the end of my individual removal hearing in 2018. Brian displayed his exceptional project management and communication skills over the five years that I was represented by him. This was clearly demonstrated in the way with which he was quick to respond; the way with which he handled information, revised and prepared documents, and files regarding my case. His keen mind and attention to detail consistently reflected in the quality of the work he produced. Brian was able to effectively find solutions and apply his logic driven and honest assessments as he continually worked hard to strategically overcome the hurdles unique to my case. Brian moved my case from California where it originated to Illinois and relentlessly created solutions to overcome challenges encountered; challenges such as a 2015 denial of a Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. Over the course of my deportation process, Brian actively presented me with long-range solutions to counter potential issues and prepared me for my hearing. Brian keenly answered my questions thoroughly whenever I asked them and exhibited his depth of knowledge and understanding of immigration law which became useful to me when I sought counsel in order to make decisions. He also guided me whenever I had questions that regarded the renewal of my temporary I-551 stamps and provided me with guidance if I faced a challenge to this request and others during an encounter at a field office. Brian has the ability to analyze a case with a "big picture" view. His analytical skills, expertise, experience, dedication, and hard work, are vital toward achieving the best solutions, especially when dealing with a case like mine where such solutions were not always obvious. I thank Brian for remaining accessible throughout the years of the process, for providing care and compassion, for listening and questioning in order to identify and address areas of weakness and in order to gain a deeper understanding of the matter. I am thankful overall for the diligence with which he handled my case. You will be well-served if you hire Brian Sather. Brian is an excellent and hard-working attorney!

Outstanding Lawyer!

In 2013 " Immigration Attorneys, LLP " were recommended to me as one of Chicago's top immigration law firms. After brief consultation my case was assigned to Brian. As I look back in time, that for sure was the turning point in my "journey" throughout the immigration system. The work began immediatel...y. Brian dedicated a lot of time and I received his full attention. In court he was always by my side and made sure I understood every step of the way. Communication with him was prompt and easy. He took the time to answer every single question that I had in a comprehensive and professional manner. To make an important decision was easy for me based on all the information and advices from Brian. Problems were solved gradually and smoothly over time. Finally, when everything was in my own hands at my interview in USCIS office, Brian's role there was very limited, yet crucial to the outcome. I'm now a permanent resident and that opened a new chapter in my life! Thank you Brian! That wouldn't have happened without your help!

Brian will fight for you

ICE was tying to deport my parents. They paid a lot of money to lawyers but the lawyers gave them no hope. Brian was the first lawyer that gave us hope. He worked very hard for my parents, and he got me and a lot of other people to work hard also. Brian made us feel like our family's future really ma...ttered to him, and my parents weren't just another client. And my parents won their case, so instead of being deported they are getting green cards from the immigration judge. Brian fought for us and we will never forget him.

Immigration Case and Close

We’ve been with Brian for 5 years, almost going on to 6 years. We didn’t have hope in our case and he gave us hope thanks to him we were able to close and finish our case last year. Although it was a long and hard 5-6 years we are thankful to him because we were able to finish with this chapter in ou...r life and are now very happy.
