Bernard Puglisi

Mr. Puglisi serves as Senior Counsel for Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP in the firm's commercial and construction litigation, insurance coverage, and cybersecurity practice groups.

His practice covers a broad range of commercial litigation issues including employment and partnership disputes, construction disputes, breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, fraud and consumer fraud, and employee fraud and dishonesty claims. He brings experience from both the plaintiff and defense sides in premises liability, product liability, auto negligence, Federal Employer's Liability Act (FELA), and Jones Act cases.

Mr. Puglisi gained appellate experience as an appellate attorney in Detroit, MI where he specialized in critical motions and complex appellate analysis for civil liability and criminal matters. During and immediately after graduating from law school, he worked with a former Seventh Circuit judicial law clerk to prosecute civil and criminal appeals in the Illinois Appellate Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
