Anita Jahanban

Anita Jahanban focuses her practice on litigation, including general defense litigation, insurance coverage, and homeowners association matters. Anita has experience in all phases of litigation. She regularly appears in court on both routine and contested matters, participates in oral argument and conducts all facets of discovery and trial preparation. Anita also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, having represented clients in settlement conferences and at mediations and arbitrations. In addition, Anita advises condominium association and common interest community association clients on their rights and responsibilities under applicable statutes, interpretation of governing documents, rule enforcement, and contract review. Anita also has experience with insurance coverage disputes involving commercial general liability insurance policies. She advises insurers regarding a broad range of insurance coverage and litigation matters.
