I must warn everyone of this attorney's ethics that are missing. This attorney will appear as an nice trustworthy type of guy one you can confide in and trust to have your best interest in mind however, he does not do his homework and does not prepare to protect you and your interest. In the real est...ate closing of my Dad's house he indicated on the paperwork that he had received an escrow that he actually did not have in possession at the time of closing. I had to constantly begging and asking him to keep his word and close the estate and once we distributed the estate holdings he had made a serious error in his calculations where he distributed more than was in the estate bank account thereby harming me as executor because I was not able to get my share that was accounted for on paperwork because the bank account did not have it due to his errors and miscalculations. This proved to me for the second time that he does not do his preparation homework and does not deserve full pay. I had to constantly send him letters, text and phone calls to get him to respond to my concerns; he would finally respond and promise to get back to me by a certain date and/or time and would not keep his word. He sent me a letter acknowledging his mistake and promised to give me a forth of my losses however, this is the third month since his error and promise and I have not heard from him and he has not given me even a good faith amount toward his promise of resolution. Do not trust him, he tells alternative facts, he does not complete proper preparation for your case and he does not resolve your concerns. Now, I see why his law license was suspended for fraud. I should have done my investigation of him before hiring him. Please see: "Mr. Brooks, who was licensed in 1983, was suspended for one year. In connection with a real estate transaction, he facilitated the fraudulent transfer of property, resulting in a financial loss to both his client and a lender."
