Adam Gurney represented my husband and I in the sale of our Chicago condo. This was an expedited closing since the buyer wanted to close quickly. Mr. Gurney and his paralegal, Samantha Underwood, made it possible to close on time by promptly preparing all necessary documents and clearly explaining ...them to us. Since we were out of state this included remote exchange of documents for approval and review, and shipping signed documents via FedEx. Thanks to their expertise, assistance, and willingness to be available outside of normal working hours this was easily done. We were kept informed at each step along the way. It was a pleasure working with them.

This is my 3rd time using Miles and Gurney for purchase/ selling of property because they are awesome people to work with. Samantha is always so helpful, informative, available and knowledgeable, she is always there to answer any question and is quick to respond back to emails ! Adam is great too, ...if any issues/ problems arise he is sure to resolve it , he puts time and effort when necessary . They both make a great team, I highly recommend their services and will always recommend them to friends and family.
