My husband and I recently both sold a home and purchased another with Patrick helping out at both ends. There were some frustrations along the way on both transactions but Patrick did a great job explaining the process and communicating with all the parties in an effective way. He's very good at "n...ormalizing" what for us was unfamiliar and helped us close the gap with our buyers and sellers. We would call on Patrick again without hesitation.

From my first conversation with Patrick, his patience and understanding was very apparent. He took the time to answer all of my detailed questions - big and small. He was happy to hop on the phone if I had a lot of questions and responded very quickly to every quick question I sent via e-mail. Wh...enever there was a hiccup in the home sale process (and you should expect there to be some), Patrick reached out proactively to explain what was happening and how it could impact the home sale. He talked me off the ledge a couple times during the process. :) I'd recommend Patrick to anyone involved in a real estate transaction. I'd also consider utilizing Patrick's firm for other legal challenges I may face in the future.

Patrick was incredible. He explained step by step what was going on in the sale of our condo. He used his experience in putting our mind's at ease in what seemed like a difficult process for the buyer to get approval for a mortgage. He was easily accessible and had no trouble in explaining the legal ...language of property law and contracts. I would highly recommend Patrick.
