Patrick was well organized during the closing review meeting, allowing us to go through and sign all the documents in about an hour and a half. He was very knowledgeable of the process and did a great job explaining the materials I was signing, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Prior to th...e closing meeting, Patrick was also very helpful with other related items including: inspection reporting reviews, contract explanations and various other questions.
