My husband and I recently both sold a home and purchased another with Patrick helping out at both ends. From my first conversation with Patrick, his patience and understanding was very apparent. He took the time to answer all of my detailed questions - big and small. He was happy to hop on the phone if I had a lot of questions and responded very quickly to every quick question I sent via e-mail. Wh...enever there was a hiccup in the home sale process (and you should expect there to be some), Patrick reached out proactively to explain what was happening and how it could impact the home sale.
