Ace of trades. An almost 100% one stop shop.

I grew up in a courtroom, with my mom and dad fighting each other. I listened to everyone's cases and watched the dirty nasty things that people did to each other in court. I picked up on a whole lot. Went through a hellacious and very expensive heart twisting custody battle myself. it was scary. I w...on custody of my first born child in 2009. Anyways, enough about me. I got a hold of this guy because I was in a bad situation with my bitter ex, sons mother. It was such a hairy situation, and I was so paranoid. His advice on my many "what if's" answered all of my fears. He gave me the confidence I needed to do some of the preliminary things that I needed to do on my own, before I retained an attorney. I never felt alone in this whole process, because this guy cared enough to call me at random to check my progress, and advise me and calm me down along the way. Excuse me for cussing, but you can sense the "give a damn" in this man. He's a very busy guy. But if you're the good guy/gal, and you're doing everything you're supposed to do, this guy will help you. He made my problems into his problems. No lie. I can't even imagine the gravity... The magnitude of what he's going to do once I retain him (and I will be in six days). He's worth it. I intend on using him for my current impending divorce, and certain other things from my past that prevented me from becoming a police officer. He's a wealth of knowlege, and like I said, an ace of many trades. A regular one stop shop. Dont abuse his advice though. I didn't, and it's because there's a point where attorneys help you beyond their threshold of courtesy, and they rightfully start thinking to themselves, hey, wait a second! When is this guy or gal going to hire me? Pay the man. And he will do ya right. For everyone else like me, who is NOT an attorney, and wants to blame his/her attorney, for things that go wrong in court, I have this to say. It depends on the judge, it depends on the mood that day, and yes, personal problems come into play with EVERYONE present in the courtroom. even the judge. it depends on your situation. Don't stab your shield from the inside with your own sword though. That's how arrows get through. All that being said, I believe in this guy. I don't think this man got into the business for the money. I think he's one of many people that had an injustice happen to him and he got into the arena to help people out. That's just how he comes off. See for yourself. If your in trouble, call him. My name is Tim, I'm a real person, I'm on Facebook, and you can look me up and ask me if I meant what I said through any medium you wish. I am not some paid actor. I'm sorry. It's that I'm just so damn impressed. Just so you all of you know, so far I'm on top of my situation now. It's smooth sailing from here on out. he WILL be hired.

Great Lawyer

I used Gene Hook in post divorce issues in Cook County Illinois. I had a lousy lawyer during my divorce and a lousy lawyer in my first post-divorce proceedings. I was representing myself when introduced to this lawyer. For 5 years, I was bleed by the circuit court of cook county. Gene has only 5 ...years experience compared to the 20 plus years of my first two lawyers. However, he was outstanding. He filed the correct paperwork and vocally fought for me in court. He talked strategy on how to act in court and had a plan. He then executed his plan in court. I am no longer getting bent over by the circuit court of cook county. Gene is also a successfule tax attorney. If I have any issues I will use him again. Fights in court for his clinet, well-prepared unlike the other lawyers I have had or seen in court.
