William Robert O'Brien

Severely disappointed in this law firm. Mr. O'Brien is a new attorney & he agreed to take my case. He did little to no research or case work. I poured over the files and gave him specific facts to strengthen my case and knock down my opponent. He didn't present them to the judge or the opposing couns...el. Asked for things to be filed & he didn't. He ignored my emails & messages on the regular. I had to chase him down & push him through multiple emails plus calls to his assistant and even his receptionist to urge him not to blow deadlines in the case. When there was an update in the case at the courthouse it me telling him and asking for information. He tried to charge me $150 travel for driving the 8 miles across town. When I sent an offer to the opponent, he dragged his feet for days just sending the email. Then when it was time for the counter offer it was too late, 5 minutes before court and not the day before like I offered. I ended up needing to give up thousands$. Don't hire him!

He seems to be a bitter person who clearly hates women. His ego is too big for his win/loss ratio. He lie a whole lot in court when he can get away with it especially if he is losing. He antagonize the opposing side if they are representing themselves. I pray that one day the Bar wake up and see him ...for he is. There are no reports of misconduct but how many complaints have been made and he managed to worm his way out. There is no integrity in lying to win and still lose.
