Excellent defense lawyer!

My son (who was a minor at the time) and I were in litigation from a bicycle accident. I was referred to Troy's previous firm and worked with Troy exclusively. From day one I was impressed with his positive attitude and enthusiasm. When Troy decided to branch out on his own, the other firm made onl...y a half-hearted attempt to keep us as a client; but it really didn't matter. We were staying with him no matter what! Troy was there for us every step of the way. Whenever some new document that needed to be signed or when it came around to deposition time Troy did everything in his power to explain exactly what was going on or what the legal document meant in a way that both my young teenage son or myself understood. Troy always took the time to answer any questions we had; day, night or weekends it didn't matter. He was there for us. It took a VERY long time for our case to finally be resolved which was due to the other parties lawyer stalling tactics. After all this time Troy has become like family to us. Not to mention he's as rabid Chicago Blackhawks fan as I am! You can't go wrong with that! I HIGHLY recommend Troy and his firm DeVore/Radunsky they're with you all the way.

Experience and an aggressive strategy

It was clear from our first meeting that Troy knew his business while encouraging me to take an aggressive stance with the law suit facing me. The lengthy legal action is finally over as we won each court battle up to and including the Appellate Court. He kept me informed each step of the way and i...ncluded me in discussions during the planning stages and executions through the courts. He clearly understood Illinois law and the system in play in Chicago to ensure success. Without reservation, I recommend Troy to anyone needing legal counsel in Chicago.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
