The short answer is no. Only the prosecutor can file criminal charges and they won't. Be happy everything worked out for now.

Unless she made a statement miranda rights are of no importance. They probably found the drugs during an inventory search of the car.
In plea bargain if the charge is reduced from shoplifting to disorderly conduct .. to which I'm convicted? the reduced one?

I agree with the prior answer. In addition, if the transfer takes too long, there could be constitutional speedy trial violation.
