If your contract required you to give the whole amount, you are out of luck. You might ask for the initial $500 back.

You are well within the statute of limitations. Even assuming this is a class A misdemeanor, the statute of limitations is 18 months.

Any plea bargain is possible, but as the charges stand, ACSA is 6 to 30 and 85% of the sentence must be served. A prior class X within 10 years...

We would need to know what "on the lease" means. If you are a tenant, you have equal rights with the boyfriend and he cannot evict you.
