If he is not eligible for reinstatement he can request a permit if he can show the Secretary of State that he has a hardship and needs to drive.

I got a speeding ticket and I'm under 21, but the ticket says "No Court Appearance Required". Do I still need to go to court?

I would hire a lawyer and go to court. You're young and should try to keep things off your record.

Where does she have court? Hire a lawyer who practices at that particular courthouse often.
