Michael David Schlesinger

Originally, LTS Chicago had sought out the legal counsel of Michael and the Business Transactions Externship Program at John Marshall Law School prior to making some modifications to our current organizational structure which would change the way we would conduct business going forward. After severa...l conversations and due diligence on both ends we decided the changes to our structure were not as beneficial as we may have thought. Once that was decided Michael and his team reviewed our business plan and current client contracts and found some weak points and other issues within them. At that point Michael and his team went to work rewriting our contracts modifying the format and other language to better suit our needs. Working with Michael Schlesinger and his team within the Business Transactions Externship Program at John Marshall Law School was an absolute pleasure. The value they were able to add to our business by providing legal expertise, counsel, and by amending our client contracts has been immense. Our business now portrays a more professional image with simplified contracts and easy to understand language which certainly was not the case previously. We have directly seen the benefits as we are now receiving few requests to amend our current language as our clients have been comfortable with the end results. Overall Michael and his team were responsive, proficient and extremely knowledgeable regarding our industry and business in particular. The final product they delivered was professional, concise and provided all of the necessary sections and protection we needed. Our company certainly intends to seek out the assistance of Michael and his competent team well into the future as we trust them to address any of the legal needs we may require.
