Unhappy client.
I thought Mr. Monico was very self serving and at times seemed distracted and somewhat disorganized. I had to repeat facts time and again. He always seemed to take notes on a new note pad. What happened to the other notes? Several of the meetings included his partner or associates, which resulted...
