Replied last May 02, 2022Dear Anonymous: Respectfully, I have practiced law for almost 40 years and I have never once talked any client into pleading guilty. Also, in every situation where I have represented a client charged with a Class X Felony, I either went to trial (often obtaining an acquittal) or was able to get the original charge reduced.
