Replied last May 02, 2022Dear Anonymous: Respectfully, I have practiced law for almost 40 years and I have never once talked any client into pleading guilty. Also, in every situation where I have represented a client charged with a Class X Felony, I either went to trial (often obtaining an acquittal) or was able to get the original charge reduced. A lawyer I can count on
Unfortunately I’m always getting into bad situations , and if there’s someone I want to get on the phone right away is Marco , I know he will be there every court date , maybe 15 mins into the court but I can always count on Marco to keep me out of jail
