"Child advocate"

Linda Kagan was appointed as a child advocate to my custody case. She went six months without ever meeting my child and only did so because the judge court ordered it. When she did meet with my daughter she didn't discuss anything of any relevance with her. Instead she sat in silence for an hour whil...e my child colored. Ms. Kagan has done her math incorrectly on my bill on numerous occasions and over charged me and my ex. The only person that Linda advocated for was herself. Her incompetence is the only thing my ex and I have been able to agree on during our entire court proceeding.

Linda helped me through my divorce and fought for me - highest possible recommendation!

Linda was instrumental in helping me maintain my rights while being divorced. She helped with the division of assets in a fair manner and her communication was superb. After thirty years in the business, she's solid.

Extraordinary divorce attorney!

Linda was on top of the game when she represented me in my divorce. Initially, she listened to my story and found and copied for me the appropriate statutes relating to shared custody and maintenance. She knew how the courts were leaning on both issues. She took charge of the one meeting we had wi...th both parties and both attorneys in a way that was most impressive. You would have thought that she called the meeting, but it was the opposing attorney. Linda outlined an agenda, and we all left the meeting with a list of things to do. She kept me on target in terms of what to fight for and what to let go of. I was very happy with the outcome, and very pleased with how Linda fought for me. Especially at the last moment in front of the judge where the opposing attorney tried to changed the signed marriage settlement agreement. Linda called the opposing attorney's bluff in a very successful way. She is anal, and believe me, you want this in your divorce attorney. She remembers details in a way that is almost uncanny. I have referred friends to her, and all are very happy with her services.

Your Legal Advocate and Trusted Counsel

Linda was adept at handling my marital settlement agreement process, despite life events that continually changed the scope of marital vs. non-marital assets. I would hire her again, and she has my highest recommendation.

Did a great job with my real estate purchase

It was my first time purchasing real estate, and it turned out to be a rather complicated transaction. I was lucky to have Linda to represent me and when needed, to take charge of the whole situation and make sure that buyer, seller, seller's attorney, two agents, insurance broker, mortgage broker a...nd accountant were all on the same page. She was attentive to detail, very responsive and responsible. Highly recommended.
