He was hired as my lawyer for a Workmans compensation case. After two years the case was not moving along. He is not motivated at all and does not worry about the best interest of his clients. Not only did I have a case with him, my parents each had cases he was also working on and never filed this c...ases properly. My mothers dates on her paperwork were wrong and her case almost reached the date before the case would be thrown out. We found a new lawyer and she has done more in two weeks than Leonardo did in the two years he was hired! Horrible! He doesn't even deserve one star'

Poor communication and follow through with clients. Does not reach out for MONTHS at a time about status unless you contact him first. Moves at a snails pace. Does not take into consideration peoples lives are on hold because of accidents or conditions. I get it, you have bigger cases on your hands a...nd my case wasnt worth much in their eyes, but dont waste my time either. Everytime we went over workers comp case details, it was as if it was the first time we discussed it. Did a poor job of representing me, honestly wish i wouldve chosen someone else. By the time i realized communication was going to be a problem it was too late in the case to switch lawyers. 3 years later and i received nothing. My case was denied by arbitrator and appealed to commission I believe? then denied again? I only know this because I had my case number (which was not provided i had to google it myself) and was able to look up status and details on the court docket. He never let me know! Would not recommend! Do yourself a favor and find a more aggressive lawyer whos going to actually fight for you.
