Kourosh Arami

My 3.5 year divorce battle was thrown out by the judge, calling Kourosh Arami's work ethic, "Sloppy!". The judge told him to start all over again! I immediately fired Kourosh, hired Angel Traub, and I was not only divorced in three months, I was rightfully awarded a huge financial settlement, securin...g my future. I want to give Kourosh Arami half of a star but it's not possible, so I gave him a VERY generous one star.

Worst lawyer ever!!!!!!!had the worst experience with this man,I suffered brain injury from a fall broken wrist and and permanent damage on my lumber disk years of physical therapy 3 long years, he promised me to fight for me, I was on top of every thing through this horrible experience toward th...e end I find out he never contacted the doctors they tried to reach him with email and phone calls, I confronted him!!!! He failed me and I lost the case, this man called me so casual on the phone that I recieved nothing !!!!!! And four years of hell I went through, he pretend to fight for me every lawyer I spoke with said he screwed me over big time go d your self a lawyer that only works with personal injury this man is a JOKE!!!!!!

Mr Arami is excellent very professional. I have worked with Mr Arami for about 5 years now on 2 different cases. The professionalism with this man is unreal. He take your case to heart and fights for you. Iam a custodial parent (father) so I owe this man alot for what he's done for me! It's very rar...e that a father get the child. My name is Jose and I have a 9 year old son which is currently living with me. Although that was not always the case. He was taken from me by his mother. My son lived with myself and my parents for the first 2 years of his life without help from his mother. One day she decided to be in his life and b...ecome responsible and while I was at work she decided to take him from me. For a while I was not able to locate them. Finally my family suggested to hire an attorney. So I went on the journey of finding one that I liked. The first one that I went to was the ones that you hear about fathers rights and things like that. Honestly....they offered absolutely no compassion or even some kind of hope. The only thing that I left with was a quote. Finally my parents heard about Kourosh through the radio. So we decided to set up an appointment to speak with him. Instantly I noticed the difference in tone compared with the first guys I spoke to. He attentively listened to my story and actually showed compassion. He also allowed me to have some kind of hope that one day I would be able to see my son. He took on the case and decided to find this cold hearted woman. Kourosh suggested to hire a private investigator. We finally found my sons mom and served her. We went to court and from day one the judge was ready to have my son come home where he belonged. Unfortunately that woman had a different plan. She came inbwith the best performance that I had ever seen in my life. Teary eyed had the nerve to go in that courtroom and accuse me of sexually abusing my son. Of course the judge bit in to the oscar winning performance. This is when the actual real fighting began. For some reason after that performance the judge didn't want to see the facts. We faught and faught without any sense of hope that my son would return. I went to 2 psychologists, took several tests and nothing came back. Even then the judge didn't want to believe that she of might of been lying. While this was going on I had to visit my son at a suppervised facility for only 2 hours. I felt like a criminal, I had lost all my integrity and dignity. I also started losing my hope. I honestly just wanted the case to end and settle for anything that they would throw at us. Anything could have been better than in the situation that I was in. Kourosh never let me quit, never wanted to settle for anything. He wanted my son back with me. I know that he believed that I was not what that woman said I was. So did everyone else except for that damn judge. I'm getting frustrated just writing about this. Kourosh told me not to quit, he told me not to give up on my son. So we kept fighting, finally we were appointed to a different judge. She saw right through her lies. Finally after 2 years and many tears later the verdict was given. I was finally awarded my son back. He is currently living with me. We both and my family couldn't be happier. My son is currently in gifted classes at school while at his mothers he was having a hard time at school and was behind. All I could say is thank you to Kourosh for the happiness and thank you for helping in my most important fight of my life. You don't believe me? I have the pictures to prove it. I see this kind man not only as a lawyer but as a friend. We still keep in contact. I would recommend this great man to whoever asks. I can't thank him enough. Now I also have a 1 year old daughter and a great wife. I can finally work on my family and my future. As well as my sons future. Again....thank you Kourosh.

Words like integrity, honesty, & trust worthy are not normally words that are usually used to describe lawyers, but Kourosh Arami are all these & then some! I was foolish enough to believe ( listening to fiends & family ) that I could handle my own child support case, in the hopes of that it would ...be dismissed & the truth would prevail. I now know that was so naive. I had no idea about court fees, filing fees, judgments & rulings. After thousands of dollars of mistakes ( literally ) I had to get what I dreaded the most, a lawyer! Kourosh was recommended to me, & quickly began to clean up the huge mess that I, in my ignorance of the law had made. He not only got my child support lowered ( based on my income ) but he also took over the filings & let me know everything he was doing & why. I might not know a lot, but I do know that without Kourosh Arami, I would still be up to my neck in debt!
