Lack of Professionalism

We had Ian as our real estate attorney, He is not reliable, has cost us money, and never responds to calls, emails, or text. We sign an offer to sell one of our buildings and nine months later the sale was not closed, because Ian was not on top of obtaining all the right paperwork. We also lost seve...ral deal because of his lack of response. My advise DO NOT use him.
