Eydie Vanderbosch (formerly Glassman) is the Head of Litigation Practice at Ziliak Law, LLC.
Eydie Vanderbosch is a driven lawyer and tenacious litigator who brings real world security, investigation and business experience to her practice at Ziliak Law, LLC.
Eydie’s career started in the United States Air Force where she served in the Office of Special Operations. As part of that service, Eydie conducted investigations involving criminal matters, fraud, counterintelligence, and internal security and targeted security concerns head-on.
Upon completion of her service with the United States Air Force, Eydie quickly rose to the top of an international training organization. As Regional Manager, Eydie managed west coast operations and a staff of thirty-three district managers and three hundred plus volunteer staff members within the region.
Eydie started her legal career with the law firm of Johnson and Bell, Ltd., a litigation and trial law firm, where Eydie focused her practice on employment, tort, municipal and business law. Eydie became one of only three attorneys in Johnson and Bell’s history to be promoted to Shareholder a mere six years out of law school. Eydie also ran a successful private law firm practice focusing on business, municipal, tort and employment law before joining Ziliak Law.
Eydie takes a proactive approach to her law practice and actively assists her clients with identifying potential areas of liability, providing training, advising on contract terms, reviewing policies and practices, and offering strategies to anticipate litigation before it starts. When litigation does happen, Eydie vigorously works to minimize adverse consequences for her clients.
Eydie is a member of the federal trial bar for the Northern District of Illinois, and she actively represents clients throughout the State of Illinois’ circuit courts and administrative agencies, including the Merit Systems Protection Board, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Human Rights Commission and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
