I would recommend this lawyer to others. Ms. Gambino was my husbands attorney over 5 years ago and I believed she gave him the best representation she had. She fought his case for more than two years and though he was incarcerated it was not because she did not fight for him on every level. She di...d not appear to me to be a greedy lawyer. My husbands incarceration was not due to her not knowing the facts about his case. She was very informed about the law by which he was being judged and later sent to jail under but what made a profound statement to me is that she was able to fight the case during a pivitol time in our family's life because I had just had a baby and my husband was able to stay home with us long enough to bond with his son. She kept us updated when changes were made. Profound memory I have about that case is that my husban was able to come home on Christmas Eve because of whatever legal issues she worked out and he was granted the ability to come home and fight the case instead of fighting it from jail. I recommended a friend to her in a matter that was very sensitive and though she did not handle that particular law she recommended my friend to another lawyer who was able to see my friend through what was a very difficult trial and my friend came out a winner. My husband knew that he was going to do some time but we are grateful to Ms. Gambino for the time he had with our family and his newborn son before he had to do that time.
