Hiring Adam Tracy was a mistake

I hired Adam Tracy. I was his client. I paid him more than three thousand dollars upfront to set up my cryptocurrency hedge fund. After I paid him, he didn't communicate with me for weeks. He didn't respond to my messages and didn't return my calls. Finally, he responded, messaging that he'd get to d...oing the work I paid him for, and he gave me another deadline, which was weeks past the deadline he originally said. Again, he missed this next deadline that he set for himself. I messaged to ask him what was going on, and a day after that he messaged me, saying that he's working on it. Then he became unresponsive again for another week. Then I messaged him saying that I was upset with his unresponsiveness and his not completing the work I paid him for. Then he messaged me that he had only received two thousand dollars from me, even though I had actually sent him more than three thousand dollars. At this point, I asked him to refund my money and not do any work for me, which he hadn't done anyway, and he refused. He has kept my deposit money, and he hasn't done the work I paid for. I have nothing but negative experiences with Adam Tracy.

Big disappointment

I was a client of Adam Tracy. Here, I will clearly explain what was negative about my experience with this lawyer, without making any personal attacks or insults. I found out about Adam Tracy through a friend, so I had a call with Adam to assess if I should hire him to do the legal setup work of my c...ompany. On the call, Adam said it would take him five working days to do the work I required. Other international law firms who specialized in this kind of company setup work told me it would take around two months, so I asked Adam Tracy why it would take him only five days when other law firms told me it would take much longer. Adam told me he didn't know why other law firms took such a longer amount of time. Adam Tracy also gave me a much lower price quote compared to the other law firms I talked with. I decided to hire Adam Tracy, thinking that I would save time and money. Adam asked for half of the payment upfront. I put in a wire transfer to Adam Tracy's law firm for several thousand dollars, and I asked him to let me know as soon as he received this money. He didn’t inform me when he received the money, until I asked him about it weeks later. More than five business days passed after I paid him, and I asked for an update from him about the work he was supposed to do for me, but I got no answer from him. A full month passed, during which I continually asked for an update from him, but he gave me no answer. Another month passed, and again he gave no answer. Finally, I messaged Adam Tracy, telling him that I was considering taking action against him for his behavior of taking my money and then not doing the work and not responding to me. That is when he finally responded, and he said that it was my intention all along to get the work done from him and then "extort a refund" from him. Since then, I have given up on trying to retrieve my money from Adam Tracy and I have given up on trying to get any work done from him. I lost my money, and I lost my time.

I should have done due diligence before deciding to hire him

Adam Tracy offered me a cheaper price in setting up my company, compared to more reputable law firms. I thought it would be okay to go with him and that he would still get the job done. I was wrong. I paid Adam more than $3,000 upfront as a deposit, and right after I paid him, he stopped communicatin...g with me. He stopped responding to my messages. Months passed by, and I got no updates from him. I had to give up. I never got the work done from him, and I didn’t get my money back. I should have chosen a law firm with a decent reputation. I learned my lesson the hard way.

The Cryptocurrency Expert

Being relatively new to the blockchain and cryptocurrency I needed someone to help guide me, that’s when I came across Adam Tracy from his YouTube videos. Adam was instrumental in setting up my cryptocurrency company…he came thru with flying colors. Adam should be on everyone’s short-list of attorn...ey’s, I highly recommend him to anyone exploring the cryptocurrency space.

Impressed and Satisfied

Corporate securities attorneys are hard to come by, but competent and experienced Corproate securities attorneys are even more difficult to find. Adam, although relatively young, is very experienced and knows his way around the complexities of matters such as corporate actions, reverse mergers, opini...ons, etc. He's been my attorney for both personal and business transactions for five years now and I'm very pleased with his work.
