do not hire this attorney or this firm. He will sway you into paying a retainer of over $25,000 while doing the minimal work. Scott will mislead you to overbill you!
Scott Shell will raise your hopes up in making you assume he will help but only to raise your bill and drop you in the middle of trial proceedings. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone.

Do not hire. Scott overbills you by doing research and conferences with other attorneys within the same firm only to raise your bill on purpose. He fails to show up to court to present your case.
