Robert D. Carroll

I graduated in the top 5% of my class from Depaul University College of Law in 2003.  Since then, I have practiced in the area of commercial and business litigation for the Law Firm of Edward T. Joyce & Associates, P.C.   I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving partnership disputes, attorney malpractice, corporate mismanagement, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, breach of contract and employment disputes.  I have significant trial experience, with over $100 milllion awarded to my clients. 

My clients include:

• Real estate investors, managers and developers in negotiating and litigating disputes that commonly arise in their field;
• Small business owners;
• Individuals who have employed the services of attorneys or accoutants;
• Corporate shareholders;
• Managers and Members of Limited Liability Companies;
• General and limited partners in partnerships;
• Attorneys; and,
• Bankruptcy Trustees.

I live in Wheaton, Illinois with my wife and five children. In my spare time, I enjoy running, weightlifiting and rock climbing.
