The worst representation ever. Peter did the same exact things to me as he did to John in the previous review. I am currently in the process of filing both a complaint with ADRC and Bar Association. After using up my retainer fee, Peter tried to dismiss my case for $90 less than 3 weeks before pretri...al. I HAD TO COME FROM OUT OF TOWN TO APPEAR BECAUSE HE WOULD NOT REDPOND TO MY CALLS OR EMAILS. Also I just found out that my first petition was dismissed without my knowledge and he filed a new one without my knowledge. Peter fails to return calls, but charges his clients for numerous emails they are forced to send due to the lack of communication, but still never responds to those emails. His staff is told to ignore clients by caller Id. I hadn't spoken to Peter since July and he came to court and refused to discuss my case with me before the hearing and withdrew as my counsel after racking up almost $6000 and my issue wasn't resolved. My case was then dismissed for non compliance because Peter didn't send the documents I sent to him to the other attorney. I am forced to restart my petition, in which I will but it is strssful. I was wondering what did I do to him for him to treat me like this but after reading John's review, I realize this is typical behavior of this Attorney and his firm. I feel Peter violates code of ethics and standards for professional conduct as a attorney and I recommend anyone to file a complaint. TAKE OUR ADVICE ..RUN AND FAST

Honestly, if you want to loose custody of your child. This is the attorney you should use. He was using bullet point notes during my trial. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing. One thing he does know how to do is cash checks. I had to spend thousands of dollars to undo what he did. I lost two... years with my child because he was the most incompetent attorney. I wish there was a way to give him zero stars.
