Not professional

Very unprofessional and l wouldn't recommend him Don't follow up or interact with client like a high powered attorney is supposed to.

Best of the Best

I hired Kurt after I was hit by a car in a crosswalk. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of my case. He made the whole legal process feel less painful.

Very Professional

My daughter was involved in an accident involving a major public transportation company. When they tried to settle her claim for nowhere near what her medical expenses were, we sought legal advice. We contacted a few big name firms who really didn't seem to want to help us. A friend referred us to Ku...rt Lloyd and we contacted him. He was extremely helpful and took on her case. He was very thorough and professional which resulted in a very good settlement from a company that hired some big gun attorneys.

An opposing attorney's view

Kurt was on the other side of a case I defended. You get a really good view of an attorney when you actually oppose him in a case. You can see attorneys who go through the motions and those that really work their cases. Kurt works his cases. He worked very hard for his client and while we didn't ...go to trial, he got a very good result for his client. He knows this business and maximizes results for his clients.

Fantastic Attorney

I retained Kurt to represent me after being injured in a car accident. Kurt was very thorough in dealing with all parties involved, including witnesses, the police, medical personnel, etc. He acted with the utmost professionalism and always kept me informed of his progress with the insurance compa...ny lawyers. Kurt held several rounds of negotiations on my behalf and did not back down until we were offered a fair settlement. This experience taught me a cold truth about the realities of dealing with insurance companies. They will do everything in their power to minimize the amount they have to pay in a settlement. If I ever find myself in this situation again, my first call for legal support will be to Mr. Lloyd.
