Replied last May 07, 2024I handled this client's appeal in the Illinois Appellate Court and put in over 300 hours of time. The Appellate Court affirmed the orders of the lower court, which was a loss for my client. Any discretion the court had was decided against my client. The client had two other attorneys review my briefs that totaled over 80 pages. In my opinion, the case was not winnable.
