Stellar

I remember talking with Jason for the first time. I was talking a mile a minute, I was frustrated, angry, and literally sad for society. I was coming into direct first hand knowledge of how unhealthy we are as a society. I was firing my first attorney and needed someone dynamic. My case wasn’t abou...t who was paying for braces and college, I had learned that the father of my children was involved and had knowledge of a sexual predator touching at least one of our children. This was a case about keeping my children safe from someone who already repeatedly and with acknowledgement violated our children and their safety. Jason listened to me, and then he silenced me. Now you may think that’s bad, it isn’t. What I needed was someone who could hear me, think quick, have as much passion or more then me AND be able to put me in check if needed to remove my emotions so that he could artfully translate all of that into a executable document. From that moment I knew I had found my attorney. Jason had the task of going back and trying to undo what had been done and not done by the previous attorney and my children’s attorney. Jason had to fight for me to get therapists involved, transitions plans, protocols, hard stops in place. At every single turn he got me what I felt necessary for my children’s protection. At every single turn he was winning this for us. At the end Jason Hurst won the safety of my children. When he called me in December to tell me all the documents were signed, we were going to avoid trial all I could do was cry. For the first time I was able to breathe in two years. Breath is a gift we often forget to be thankful for...not me Ask me why you should invest the money into hiring Jason Hurst...my response is you cannot afford not to. Your health and your family is all that matters. You most certainly need an intellectually gifted attorney who can play against the best. JASON DOES THAT. You will need an attorney who will listen to you with out judgement, sexism, classism. You will need an attorney who isn’t blinded by the nonsense and can see clearly what is happening JASON DOES THAT. You will need an attorney who will make time and space for every question you have no matter how many times you ask them. JASON DOES THAT. You will want an attorney who can talk to all parties with a calmness that makes people either rise to the occasion or yield to his professionalism, character and style. JASON DOES THAT. You will want an attorney that wins. JASON DOES THAT. Oh yeah in case you didn’t know Jason Hurst is a super attorney. Jason is so humble that he shrugs that off. What that means is not only do clients think he’s amazing and that he has a high success rate, his peers feel the same way about him as his clients! What type of psychological power do you think that gives you with him on your team. Now write the check and let him handle it. You will breathe better!

He understood me

Working with Jason was easier than I could have imagined. He understood my concerns, needs, and emotions. He worked diligently until I was beyond satisfied with the results. I knew he was working in my best interest from the beginning to the end of case. I pray that I never have another family law is...sue, but if I do, I know exactly who I'm calling.

The Best

I sought out Mr. Hurst as my lawyer for my divorce from my husband this year. Mr. Hurst was extremely attentive, sensitive and thorough. I have already recommended a couple of my closest friends to consult with Mr. Hurst in regards to their domestic relations cases. Highly recommend and am very happy... with his services.

Clear, concise, and effective representation

Jason represented me in a child support case. He provided excellent guidance and took the time explain and discuss case options with me along the way. I always felt he had my best interests in mind and that he worked hard to obtain a fair agreement in my case. Jason is personable, professional, and t...rustworthy. I would recommend him without reservation and will personally engage him again should the need arise.

Jason is an AMAZING attorney, and for all of the right reasons

As the title of this review states Jason Hurst is an amazing attorney. I retained Jason as my legal representative for both a parentage case as well as an unrelated divorce case. Although it was somewhat a matter of convenience to keep him as my representative for both cases, it was more so a matter... of the trust I felt with him and the professionalism exhibited by him. I would highly recommend him to any friends or family in need of quality family law representation. From the start Jason was responsive to my needs and my wants; all-the-while keeping me informed and on a realistic, evolving, progressive, and proper track towards my goals. He gave me real-world advice and communicated directly and without ambiguity- I may not have wanted to hear what he had to say...but I NEEDED to hear what he had to say. That was unbelievably helpful. Jason was an advocate for me even when I didn't know I needed one. He played the roles I needed and when I needed: sometimes the good guy, and sometimes the bad guy. He was always well-prepared for any and all matters of the court, and never disappointed. I could go on and on in detail about how Jason helped me and how satisfied I am with his work, but I think you get the idea. And this last point may sound corny but I believe it’s worth mentioning: Jason Hurst is consistently one of the best-dressed people I know. Some people may not care about that but I felt it added to his image and showed professionalism.
