My  intellectual property practice focuses on trademark clearance and selection, registration of trademarks in the U.S. and internationally, copyright registration, advising clients on trademark, trade dress and copyright protection and infringement issues, and Internet domain name disputes, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal, and in trademark, trade secret, copyright and patent litigation matters.  I have extensive experience counseling clients on branding and re-branding initiatives and brand protection strategies to maximize trademark and intellectual property rights.  In addition to my trademark and intellectual property practice, I have extensive experience representing clients in complex business disputes, including in federal and state trial and appellate level litigation and arbitration proceedings.
