David P. Lichtman represents union clients on a variety of labor and employment matters. He has experience representing clients in arbitrations, before state and federal agencies, including the Illinois Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board and the Illinois State Labor Relations Board, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, as well as in State and Federal courts. He has also worked with ERISA fund clients on delinquent contribution litigation. In addition, David has assisted clients on FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, and LMRDA compliance issues.
